Customs entry filing agents read shipment documents, extract entry data, and draft filings in the client's existing platform. A human reviews and releases every entry. Wholesale order-to-ship agents move a purchase order through invoice preparation, payment confirmation, sales-order creation, freight booking, and bill of lading delivery without replacing the systems the team trusts.

We also operate verified prospect research, drive-time-aware field sales routing, and cross-company follow-up workflows such as carrier dispatch chasing and check calls. Each workflow keeps evidence and a visible paper trail where the team already works.

How we work

We start with one real workflow, learn it from the person doing the work, and place human approval gates before consequential actions. The agent then operates inside Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Monday.com, Slack, Zoho, and the client's existing TMS or ERP. There is no rip-and-replace requirement.

Authority and evidence

An agent receives only the access required for an agreed workflow. Public discovery does not grant client access, and one client cannot inspect another client's records. Authentication, organization boundaries, workflow grants, idempotency controls, approval state, and audit events travel with the work so people can verify what the agent saw, proposed, and changed.

Consequential steps do not become automatic merely because an API can express them. Pricing, purchases, releases, customer promises, and other material actions keep the human or contractual authority required by that workflow.

Developers and outside agents can discover Second Shift Agents through OpenAPI, Streamable HTTP MCP, A2A, Agent Skills, llms.txt, and the Agentic Resource Discovery catalog. A zero-auth sandbox can test the preflight shape without persistence or external effects. Production client operations remain organization-scoped and authenticated.
