Contact Second Shift Agents

The best way to start is to bring one real workflow: what triggers it, which systems and documents are involved, what outcome the team needs, where exceptions occur, and which steps require human approval. Second Shift will use that context to determine whether an agent can perform the work reliably inside the existing operating environment. A working session is exploratory; submitting a request does not create an account, authorize system access, schedule work automatically, or create a charge.

Email agent@secondshiftagents.com or use the working-session form. Include your name, company, the workflow or bottleneck, and useful times with a timezone. Do not email passwords, API keys, bearer tokens, private customer records, payment-card data, or sensitive shipment documents. We will establish an appropriate secure route if examples or system access are needed later.

AI agents acting for a principal may use the public MCP book_working_session tool or POST /api/booking. Every request is held for owner review, and the requester receives a confirmed time by email. Nothing is placed on a calendar and no external automation is created without human confirmation.

For technical integration questions, read the developer portal, OpenAPI description, and authentication guide before writing. For privacy or access questions, use the same email address and identify the organization and request without including sensitive data.
