Second Shift Agents privacy notice

Effective August 25, 2026.

Second Shift Agents LLC uses information only to operate the services a person or authorized agent requests, protect those services, and meet business and legal obligations. This notice covers the public website, working-session requests, public agent interfaces, and the organization-scoped client platform.

Information we handle

A working-session request may include a name, work email, company, workflow description, and preferred times. The client platform may hold organization and member identity, authorized workflow records, documents deliberately submitted for that workflow, approvals, messages, audit events, usage, and billing records. Public server logs may record ordinary security and reliability data such as time, requested path, user agent, network address, and request identifier.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to requests, authenticate and authorize users and agents, operate an agreed workflow, preserve an audit trail, prevent abuse, support clients, bill for contracted work, and comply with applicable law. Public discovery does not grant access to client information. Client access is limited by organization, role, OAuth scope, workflow grant, and approval state.

Second Shift Agents does not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, communications, authentication, payment, and other service providers when they are needed to deliver the requested service. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role and are governed by their own contracts and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people, systems, or legal rights.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the requested service, security, audit, contractual, accounting, or legal purposes. The exact period depends on the record and the applicable client agreement. We use access controls, tenant isolation, scoped credentials, approval gates, and audit records, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern, email agent@secondshiftagents.com. Do not email passwords, bearer tokens, private keys, or sensitive shipment documents. We will verify the requester and respond based on the applicable relationship and law.

Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
