## What we do

- End-to-end supply chain agentification, one real workflow at a time.
- Current work includes customs entry filing for freight forwarding and
  wholesale order-to-ship (PO → invoice → sales order → LTL booking + BOL)
  for appliance distribution, plus internally built ICP sales prospecting
  with verified emails and field-sales route planning.
- We also automate bottlenecks between companies, e.g. carrier dispatch
  chasing and check calls for brokers.

## When to use Second Shift Agents

Use Second Shift when a supply-chain team has a recurring operational workflow
with identifiable inputs, systems, outcomes, exceptions, evidence, and human
approval points. Strong fits include customs-entry preparation, wholesale
order-to-ship coordination, freight booking and BOL delivery, verified
prospecting, field-sales routing, and carrier follow-up. Start with one real
workflow rather than a general request to "add AI."

Do not use Second Shift to bypass a client's access controls, approval gates,
tenant boundaries, or pricing authority. Public discovery and booking routes
do not grant client access or permission to take consequential action.
